We are seeking a seasoned Banking Operations Specialty Seller with a proven track record of originating, shaping, and closing large-scale Banking Operations transformation, BPO, and BPaaS deals. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Banking and Financial Services operations including Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Fraud Operations, Customer Service Operations, Lending and Origination, Trade Operations, and Finance & Accounting Operations. This individual will drive growth by helping financial institutions transform operations through outsourcing, digital transformation, automation, AI, and Agentic Operations solutions.
This role will work remotely from your home office located within the US with travel required as necessary.
What Success Looks Like
- Build and maintain a robust Banking Operations transformation pipeline.
- Consistently achieve and exceed annual bookings targets.
- Close multiple strategic Banking Operations deals involving BPO, BPaaS, digital operations, and AI-driven transformation.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior operations leaders across the Banking and Financial Services industry.
- Help clients modernize and transform critical operations such as KYC, AML, Fraud, Customer Service, Lending, and Trade Operations.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for large Banking Operations transformation, BPO, and BPaaS opportunities.
- Develop executive relationships with leaders across Operations, Shared Services, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Transformation organizations within banking and financial services institutions.
- Identify and qualify opportunities related to:
- Know Your Customer (KYC)
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
- Fraud Operations
- Customer Service Operations
- Lending and Origination Operations
- Trade Operations
- Finance & Accounting Operations
- Position AI, automation, analytics, and Agentic Operations capabilities to drive operational efficiency, productivity, risk mitigation, and customer experience improvements.
- Partner across industry, consulting, technology, delivery, and alliance teams in a matrixed environment to create differentiated solutions.
- Lead complex deal pursuits involving solution development, pricing, commercial structuring, contracting, and executive presentations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Banking Operations transformation opportunities with Fortune 1000 Banking and Financial Services clients.
Basic Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience selling Banking Operations, BPO, BPaaS, Managed Services, or Operations Transformation solutions.
- Demonstrated success closing multiple Banking Operations transformation deals with contract values exceeding $20M TCV.
- Experience selling solutions across one or more of the following domains:
- KYC
- AML
- Fraud Operations
- Customer Service Operations
- Lending and Origination
- Trade Operations
- Finance & Accounting Operations
- Track record of selling to large Banking and Financial Services organizations, including Tier 1 and regional banks.
- Experience developing opportunities and leading deal pursuits in highly matrixed organizations.
- Ability to engage senior executives including:
- COO
- Chief Transformation Officer
- Head of Operations
- Chief Risk Officer
- CFO
- Shared Services Leaders
- Expertise in outsourcing, managed services, and operations transformation business cases and commercial models.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working directly within Banking Operations organizations at major financial institutions.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled Operations and Agentic AI use cases in Banking Operations.
- Strong understanding of operational excellence, intelligent automation, process reengineering, and digital transformation.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding annual bookings and revenue targets.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is 155,290 - 287,574. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
