Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Enablement & Support
- Partner with the sales team to develop compelling proposals, RFP responses, and presentations for medical coding services.
- Provide subject matter expertise on US healthcare coding standards, compliance, and industry best practices.
- Assist in pricing strategies, cost estimation, and solution design for prospective clients.
- Client Engagement
- Participate in client calls and meetings to articulate service offerings and address technical queries.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Market Intelligence
- Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify new opportunities for growth within the medical coding domain.
- Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide the sales support team to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
- Collaborate with operations, quality, and compliance teams to align service capabilities with client expectations.
- Compliance & Quality
- Ensure all proposals and solutions adhere to HIPAA, CMS, and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and payer guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in US healthcare domain with strong exposure to medical coding services.
- Proven track record in sales support, pre-sales, or business development within healthcare outsourcing.
- In-depth knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding standards and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with US healthcare providers, payers, or RCM companies.
- Familiarity with sales CRM tools and proposal management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
