Role Overview

We are looking for a design-driven, strategic thinker who can turn complex business problems into clear, compelling, and actionable insights. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with leadership and stakeholders to shape narratives, define problem statements, and deliver high-impact visual solutions.

This role goes beyond execution—it requires someone who can understand the “why” behind every request, challenge assumptions, and craft user-centric, insight-led design that influence decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous stakeholder inputs into structured, insight-driven solutions.
• Define the storyline, flow, and purpose before creating dashboards or presentations.
• Deliver impactful data storytelling that simplifies complexity for leadership decisions.
• Apply UX/UI principles to ensure intuitive, user-focused designs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align business goals with design outcomes.
• Challenge requirements constructively to ensure value-driven outputs.
• Maintain high standards of visual consistency, clarity, and usability.
• Present ideas and insights confidently, influencing stakeholders through clear narratives and design thinking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in business analysis, data storytelling, UX/UI, or information design.
• Excellent expertise in Power BI and PowerPoint, with strong UX/UI design capabilities.
• Strong foundation in design thinking, problem framing, and user-centric design.
• Proven ability to convert vague requirements into structured, outcome-focused solutions.
• Expertise in data storytelling and executive communication.
• Solid understanding of information hierarchy, usability, and interaction design.
• Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leadership.
• Ability to think beyond tools, focusing on impact, clarity, and outcomes.
