Banking Operations Associate

Assist in reviewing credit applications for SME.Analyze basic financial statements, borrower profiles, cash-flow summaries, and collateral details.Conducting loan account reviews to assess repayment behavior, account conduct, and exposure quality.Verify adherence to approved loan terms, repayment schedules, and covenants.Prepare well‑structured credit review notes and working papers in line with Standard operating procedure.Support periodic portfolio reviewsSupport Onshore Relationship Manager in assessing creditworthiness using internal rating models and risk scoring tools.Review and keep up to date, and fully abide by the process operational and administrative procedures and ensure process complianceParticipating in the training programs based on business needsAttending team meetings or customer calls
