Role Summary

We are seeking a Business Process & Strategy Associate Director to lead initiatives within our Analytics team. The role requires a strong foundation in data analysis (must-have), coupled with experience in business process improvement, Six Sigma methodologies, process mining, and client management. This individual will partner with internal stakeholders and clients to identify improvement opportunities, deliver insights, and drive measurable impact through structured transformation programs.


Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Lead analytics workstreams, ensuring data is extracted, cleaned, and analyzed to deliver actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to measure performance across delivery functions.
  • Apply statistical methods to identify trends, root causes, and predictive patterns.

Business Process Improvement

  • Partner with stakeholders to map, measure, and optimize business processes.
  • Lead Lean Six Sigma Black Belt level projects to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance quality.
  • Use process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Signavio) to uncover bottlenecks and improve throughput.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for clients and senior stakeholders, aligning solutions to business priorities.
  • Present insights, recommendations, and improvement roadmaps with clear business impact.
  • Build strong relationships and manage expectations effectively.

Project & Program Leadership

  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, from scoping to execution, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Mentor and guide analytics/process improvement teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive adoption of improvement initiatives through structured change management.

Strategic Contributions

  • Shape strategy for the analytics team’s role in business transformation.
  • Contribute thought leadership and best practices in process excellence, advanced analytics, and client engagement.
  • Partner with Finance and Business Leaders to quantify ROI and ensure alignment with corporate goals.

Education & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, or related field (required).
  • Master’s degree from a premier institute (MBA, MS in Analytics/Operations, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; PMP/Prince2, Agile, or Process Mining certifications

Experience

  • 10 years in analytics, business process improvement, or consulting, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in data analysis (SQL, Python/R, Excel, BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau).
  • Strong background in process excellence (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC).
  • Hands-on experience with process mining tools.
  • Demonstrated client management skills with the ability to present and influence at senior levels.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and cross-functional projects.
