Business Process & Strategy Director

Provides direction and guidance for administration and results for multiple departments within a function of work area.

• Models exceptional client service skills and leadership capabilities.

• Expert knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies. Models expert analytical / problem solving skills.

• Models exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Should have Project Management experience of working in a leadership capacity for minimum of 5 years. Preferrable PMI/Prince2 Certified

• Should have experience working in Insurance Industry for 10+ years.

• Should have experience strategizing IT deliverables for minimum of 5 years in Insurance Domain set up and worked in a customer facing role

• Should have strong analytical skills to identify upstream and downstream process impacts based on a given business requirement. Preferably Six Sigma Black Belt Certified.
