NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Change Management Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).



Job Description:


  1. Acknowledge Change Request Tasks within SLA for scheduling
  2. Review/Validate Change Request to ensure the Change Request has all the needed information for implementation
  3. Perform PIR for all in-scope Change Requests
  4. SLA management for the Change Requests which are in scope
  5. Consistent Feedback to Change Coordinators for service improvement
  6. Maintaining daily trackers for all Change Requests that have been validated
  7. Publish SLA and Service Improvement reports on time
  8. Preparing run books / SOP’s, Maintain playbooks for Service categories and review with team leads.
  9. Train new hires according to Training modules


Skills Required:


  1. Minimum 1 + Years of Experience.
  2. SLA Management knowledge
  3. Basic ITIL knowledge
  4. Basic understanding about Change Management
  5. ServiceNow ITSM tool knowledge would be an added advantage
  6. Good communication skills for Customer interaction
  7. Knowledge in Excel


Note: ITIL certification would be an added advantage.
