Data & Business Insights Analyst

Position’s General Duties and Tasks

• Conduct secondary research across IT, BPS, and analytics domains using industry databases (e.g., Gartner, IDC, Everest Group, HfS, Statista).
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to generate actionable insights for leadership and sales teams.
• Develop marketing and sales collaterals such as pitch decks, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership content.
• Support leadership in go-to-market (GTM) strategies, account insights, and strategic presentations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to prepare proposals, customize offerings, and articulate value propositions.
• Create compelling, data-driven stories and PowerPoint presentations to support internal and external communication.
• Work cross-functionally with analytics, marketing, and sales teams to enable business growth through research-backed insights.
