We are currently seeking a Digital Technology Junior Analyst to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Junior Business Consultant to support our consulting team in delivering high-impact business and digital transformation solutions. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about solving business challenges, leveraging data-driven insights, and contributing to client success across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing client business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements
• Support the development of business cases, presentations, and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consulting engagements and digital initiatives
• Conduct market research, data analysis, and benchmarking to support decision-making
• Participate in workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions
• Contribute to the design and implementation of business and technology solutions
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for client deliverables
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of business processes and consulting methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to data analysis tools (Excel advanced functions, Power BI, Tableau)
• Understanding of digital transformation, cloud, or emerging technologies
• Familiarity with Agile or project management methodologies
• Internship or project experience in consulting or business analysis
