Business Process Services - Master Data Management

6 PM to 4 AM IST

Responsible for MDM master’s creation, modification, Updation, activation, de-activation, deletion requirements.

MDM request from caller/requestor

Creation/Amend in the tools (like SAP-Ariba MDM, Oracle12-MDM, Coupa-MDM etc.)

Validating request fulfilment as per SOP guidelines and process the request.

Communicating the with caller/requestor for missing information.

Onboarding Customer, Supplier/Vendor based on onboarding forms.

Follow-up with suppliers for filled W9-Form / Vendor profile form and validation

Vendor code creation, Updation and maintenance

Understanding of and practical experience in MDM tools like SAP-Ariba, Oracle, COUPA tools.

Ability to take complex requirements and drive the MDM process.

Experience in interacting with Vendors / Requestors / Customers.

Able to deal with more than project at a time, can work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Knowledge of MDM masters
