We are currently seeking a Network Support Senior Analyst to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

Responsibility:

• Provide daily maintenance and High priority incident/problem resolution for network and Security -related issues
• Operate and maintain LAN/WAN equipment and its related service
• Good knowledge in Cisco Switches and Cisco Wireless devices.

  • AIR-WLC2112
• Hands-on Experience on Aruba and ENTERASYS L3/L2 switches and WAN Routers are added advantages
• Identify, diagnose and resolve complex network problems in LAN controller.
• Provides support for network connectivity or related network issues for the user community.
• Network Installation: Plans and monitors the installation of network systems (Switches and WiFi Devices).
• Troubleshoots diagnoses and resolves network problems.
• Analyzes facilities bandwidth requirements and system interdependencies. Develops capacity planning models.
• Provides network planning recommendations to L3 and Subject matrix Expert.
• Evaluates services provided by vendors and recommends changes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• 5+ years of Network Data experience

Certification

• CCNA preferred and CCNP Recommend
