Project Management Advisor

Business Automation is responsible for driving large-scale automation initiatives that transform business processes and enhance operational efficiency within the BPO environment. This role oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of automation programs and projects—including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Re-engineering/Process Automation (PRA), and Generative AI initiatives—ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership, the Senior Specialist ensures automation programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear ROI impact. The role requires expertise in automation project lifecycles, change management, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong ability to manage risk, dependencies, and adoption challenges in dynamic, high-volume operations. Beyond execution, this position also plays a strategic role in shaping the automation roadmap, advising stakeholders on best practices, and embedding governance and continuous improvement into delivery frameworks.

Roles & Responsibilities

Defines & update the project management processes, standards and governance
Tracking & reporting status of deliverables & milestones
Support the adoption of RPA project life cycle day to day
Monitors risk management
Co-ordination of the regular RPA project and program level reporting cycles
Co-ordination of project governance, post project reviews
Contributing the quality reviews and coordinating activities in support of quality objectives
Ensure RPA project plans and project documentation are up-to-date
Contribute to delivery of RPaaS solution development on time.
Adheres to corporate policies and procedures including code of conduct, audit procedures and control related responsibility for financial data entered, stored or reported
 

Required Skills for this role include:

Excellent communication skills
At least 3 years recent experience in RPA / Software Development Program Management
Ability to work in flexible shift hours including night shifts
Ability to interface and work with analysts and managers
Ability to work as part of a team and drive the team towards the common goal
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Experience of program co-ordination/administration
Experience of managing small projects, or exposure to the end to end RPA project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the RPA project lifecycle
Experience of working within a structured RPA project management framework
Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
Advanced Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Understanding of the importance for detail and organization
Skill at managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness
Very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities
A strong customer centric approach.
