Project Manager

• Manage day‑to‑day AMS operations for Oracle EBS/Oracle Cloud modules (Finance, SCM, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and support quality standards.
• Oversee incident, service request, problem, and change management processes.
• Conduct weekly/monthly service review meetings with business and leadership.
• Maintain AMS dashboards, metrics, and performance reports.

📋 Project & Enhancement Management

• Lead small to medium‑scale enhancements, minor projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage requirement gathering, effort estimation, prioritization, and delivery planning.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams for design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure proper documentation (BRD, FDD, test scripts, release notes).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience working in global, matrixed environments.
• Exposure to PMO processes and portfolio management.
