We are currently seeking a Project Program Management Advisor to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

5+ years' experience in an IT Project or Programme Manager role.                                          
A proven track record of project managing projects in parallel at different phases of delivery.                                                                                                                                      
Previous experience and responsibility in all phases of project and delivery within managed deadlines.                                                                                                                       
Strong project management skills with experience of project management methodologies and tools.                                                                                                                                             
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.                          
Previous Insurance or Banking Delivery Experience Strongly Desirable.                                  
Good Knowledge or experience of Cloud Computing (Azure/AWS)                                       
Able to work as an integrator between Application Support teams, Solutioning, Infrastructure teams and relevant supporting Third parties.                                             
Good understanding of Infrastructure Design principals.                                                   
Windows Environment Experience (Server & Databases).
Server / Database Migration experience is a plus                                                      
Working with Ticketing Tools (Jira, Service Now).                                                                   
Previous salesforce experience desirable.                                                                                      
Technical Background is beneficial.                                                                                        
Excellent Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver and manage multiple projects in parallel through all phases including planning, analysis & design, execution, service transition and closure.

Develop full-scale project and programme plans; facilitate the project scope, goals, tasks, resources and deliverables.

Control the Project Scope and Change Management process.

Manage project reporting and status and progress for all projects.

Manage the transition of infrastructure, applications and associated services from project delivery to operational support across the business.

Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits to enable the achievement of project objectives.
