We are currently seeking a SF - Scrum Master to join our team in Noida, Haryāna (IN-HR), India (IN).
The Scrum Master for Salesforce projects is responsible for enabling Agile delivery of Salesforce implementations and enhancements by facilitating Scrum practices, removing impediments, and fostering continuous improvement. The role partners closely with Salesforce Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, predictable delivery aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Agile & Scrum Facilitation

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and Agile best practices within Salesforce delivery teams

Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile mindset, roles, and responsibilities

Support transition from traditional delivery models to Agile where applicable
Salesforce Delivery Enablement

Enable effective delivery of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or custom Salesforce platforms)

Partner with Product Owners to ensure well-groomed backlogs with clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization

Support estimation, capacity planning, and sprint commitments for Salesforce teams

Monitor sprint progress using Salesforce Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or Salesforce DevOps tools)
Impediment & Risk Management

Identify, track, and proactively remove team impediments, including environment, dependency, or stakeholder issues

Escalate risks and blockers appropriately while maintaining team autonomy

Manage cross-team dependencies, especially in multi-team or program-level Salesforce implementations
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

Act as a servant leader and primary point of facilitation between business stakeholders and Salesforce delivery teams

Promote transparency through metrics, dashboards, and regular status communication

Support release planning and coordination with Salesforce release cycles
Metrics & Continuous Improvement

Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint predictability, defect trends, and team health

Facilitate retrospectives and ensure actionable improvement items are implemented

Drive adoption of DevOps and CI/CD best practices within Salesforce delivery
Required Qualifications
Experience
-
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead
-
2+ years of experience supporting Salesforce projects or Salesforce-based platforms
-
Proven experience working with cross-functional delivery teams (developers, QA, admins, architects)
Skills & Knowledge
-
Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and Lean principles

Familiarity with Salesforce architecture, environments, and release management concepts
-
Experience with Agile delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
Certifications (Preferred)
-
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master
-
Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification (preferred, not mandatory)
