We are currently seeking a Senior Delphi Developer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) 

• Provide reference implementation for Delphi upgrade.
• Assist development team during the upgrade of the modules.
• Review and ensure standards are followed during upgrade.
• Builds applications compliant with application frameworks and standards and assists in maintaining them.
• Identify application modules, interfaces and their interdependencies.
• Assist the development team in platform verification.
• Review regression test results, Support for System , Integration and UAT testing.
• Familiar with Software development life cycle, knowledge of agile framework, and has worked on project implementing agile methods.
• Troubleshoots issues that arise and escalates as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)

• Excellent working knowledge of Delphi development and upgrade – 8 to 10 years
• Understanding of ASP .NET technology – 1 to 3 years
• Microsoft SQL Server and database experience - 1 to 3 years
• Web Service development experience - 1 to 3 years.
• Effective communication skills to convey complex and technical information both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently and effective coordination with teams.

Nice to have:

• Delphi upgrade experience on mobile applications.
• Mobile Device development (Android, iPhone, iOS, tablet)
• Knowledge of FlashFiler
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related IT field
• 8 to 10 years of experience in IT development
• Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent work experience
