We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

Primary responsibilities:

•   Perform development, testing, implementation, documentation within SalesForce.com platform
•   Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts, templates, and campaigns.
•   Develop and maintain Lightening Web Components, Visualforce, Apex, and integrations to other third-party solutions.
•   Translate simple to complex user stories into functional and actionable software within the Salesforce environment.
•  Interact with the customer and discuss the business scenarios.
•  Review the code and help the team with best practices/code optimization.

Responsibilities
Collaborating with Salesforce Leadership and other Stakeholders to validate business requirements and considerations
Develop Apex classes , Apex Commons framework
Customize User Interface development, including Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components
Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization
Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development
Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code
Manage other Developers workload and perform code reviews to ensure best practices are adhered to
Enjoy being part of a dynamic team that participates in many high-profile projects

Qualification
5+ years of experience with Apex and Salesforce Sales Cloud Development
2+ years of experience managing a team
2+ years of experience deploying code through CI/CD using Gearset software
A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practices
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Must have strong attention to detail when communicating with end users (verbal & written)
Strong attention to data quality and accuracy
Bonus Skills: Experience with Automation software (MuleSoft, UiPath), OCR, Marketing Cloud, CPQ
 
Systems
•   Hands-on experience in a Salesforce Development via ASYNC Apex
•   Hands-on experience in a Salesforce Configuration via Admin Tools
•   Hands-on experience in CI/CD using Gearset.
•   Knowledge of Reports & Dashboards, SOQL & SOSL
•   Knowledge with providing Security controllers to users by using Profiles, Roles, Permission sets and OWD Setting
•   Understanding of Sharing mechanism in SF including – sharing rules, Role hierarchy, user      management, profiles etc
•   Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification(Mandatory)
•   Excellent debugging capabilities to resolve Production issues/errors

Preferred Experience:

•  Prior experience with a software development methodology, Agile preferred
•  Experience in a Salesforce Data Migration with any Salesforce recommended tool
•  PD1 certification is preferred
