Software Development Senior Associate

Roles & Duties: Entry-Level Software Developer (.NET & Copilot Studio)

Software Development & Support

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs)

• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code under guidance from senior developers

• Fix bugs, perform basic troubleshooting, and support application enhancements

Copilot & AI Solution Development

• Support the creation and configuration of Microsoft Copilot Studio copilots for internal or customer-facing use cases

• Assist in building conversational flows, prompts, topics, and actions

• Integrate copilots with backend systems, APIs, and data sources where required

Collaboration & Agile Participation

• Work closely with developers, analysts, and QA team members to understand requirements

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

• Communicate progress, issues, and learnings clearly with the team

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Perform unit testing and assist in functional and integration testing

• Help validate copilot responses and conversational accuracy

• Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and quality best practices

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Create and maintain basic technical documentation for code, APIs, and copilots

• Document configurations, prompts, and workflows built in Copilot Studio

• Learn from code reviews and contribute to team knowledge repositories

Continuous Learning & Improvement

• Stay updated with .NET updates, Copilot Studio features, and Microsoft ecosystem tools

• Actively seek feedback and apply learnings to improve technical skills

• Explore AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve productivity
