Role Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AWS & AI Engineer with deep expertise in cloud-native architectures and hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Agentic AI system development. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI-powered solutions on the AWS platform.

This role requires strong architectural skills, hands-on coding capabilities, and the ability to design intelligent, autonomous, and agent-based systems leveraging modern LLMs, foundation models, and cloud-native services. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive AI innovation and deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

The Software Dev Specialist Advisor is expected to perform the role of Project Lead who is proficient in doing end to end Agentic AI Automation and workflow application for Healthcare and BFSI domain also possesses an understanding of best practices to be followed during Application Development. Should be able to provide adequate technical documents and guide team members for completing the task / projects. Candidates should be excellent team players with good communication skill. Should have a capability to handle multiple teams and projects.

Role Responsibilities:
    AWS & Cloud Architecture 
o    Design and implement secure, scalable, and highly available cloud-native solutions on AWS.
o    Architect microservices-based and event-driven systems using AWS managed services.
o    Lead cloud migration, modernization, and optimization initiatives.
o    Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or CDK.
o    Define and enforce cloud security best practices (IAM, VPC, KMS, encryption, compliance).
o    Monitor and optimize performance, reliability, and cost (FinOps practices)
    AI & Agentic AI Development
o    Design and develop AI-powered systems using LLMs and foundation models.
o    Build and deploy Agentic AI systems capable of planning, reasoning, tool usage, and autonomous decision-making.
o    Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
o    Develop multi-agent systems with orchestration frameworks.
o    Integrate vector databases for semantic search and contextual memory.
o    Fine-tune or adapt foundation models where required.
o    Implement guardrails, safety, and observability mechanisms for AI systems.
    Engineering & Delivery
o    Write production-grade, scalable, and maintainable code.
o    Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance.
o    Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
o    Ensure CI/CD automation and DevOps best practices.
o    Drive DevSecOps practices in AI and cloud deployments.
o    Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
   
Mandatory Technical Skills: 
o    Engineering & Delivery

o    Hands-on experience with:
    LangChain / LlamaIndex or similar frameworks

o    Experience building RAG pipelines
o    Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, OpenSearch, Aurora PostgreSQL pgvector)
o    Prompt engineering and evaluation techniques
o    Experience in developing multi-agent or autonomous AI systems
Programming & Development
o    Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory)
o    Experience in building REST APIs (FastAPI / Flask)
o    Microservices architecture
o    Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines
o    Unit testing & integration testing practices
o    Experience with AWS Bedrock and SageMaker
Desired Skills (Good to Have)
o    Knowledge of model fine-tuning, LoRA, PEFT techniques

Experience requirement:
o    Minimum 10 to 12 years of relevant development
o    3+ years of hands-on AWS architecture experience.
o    2+ years of experience in Generative AI / LLM-based solution development.
o    Proven experience building production-grade AI systems.

Educational Qualification 
o    Undergraduate or Graduate degree and minimum 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.
o    Relevant AWS certifications preferred:
    AWS Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional)
    AWS DevOps Engineer
    AWS Machine Learning Specialty (preferred)
