We are currently seeking a Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

1. Good Experience in U.S. Health Insurance or U.S pharmacy experience
2. Very Strong SQL Skills for Data validation
3. Ability to create and manage test plans, test cases, test suites in Azure DevOps

6+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering.

Familiarity with APM tools like AppDynamics, DataDog, Honeycomb, or New Relic.
Hands-on with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and basic knowledge of version control (Git).

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and understanding of SDLC/STLC.

Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Exposure to frontend performance testing for web/mobile is a plus

Experience with chaos engineering or resiliency testing frameworks is a plus

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Agile development experience

Simplr testing experience is a must

Work timing - 4.30pm to 1.30pm IST
