We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

Technical Skills

• Microservices Experience: Proven experience in working with microservices architecture.
• API Expertise:
  • Proficient in working with APIs.
  • Ability to comprehend complex APIs.
  • Experience in understanding APIs from a code perspective.
• Agile Methodology:
  • Experience working in an agile team.
  • Understanding of roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Development Team, and Business Analyst.
• Collaboration:
  • Comfortable working closely with API developers, architects, and business owners.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into user stories for the development team.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis:
  • Collaborate with business owners to gather and analyze complex business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications.
• API Development Support:
  • Work closely with API developers to ensure the accurate implementation of business requirements.
  • Understand and provide input on API design and functionality.
• Microservices Implementation:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of microservices-based solutions.
• Agile Practices:
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Assist in maintaining the product backlog and prioritizing user stories based on business value and technical feasibility.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Agile methodologies or API management will be a plus.

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
• Agile Certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP)
• API Management Certifications
