Systems Integration Senior Specialist

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business goals.Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations.Lead project kick-off meetings and coordinate activities across cross-functional teams.Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates to leadership.Coordinate with business, technical, and vendor teams to resolve blockers and drive decisions.Manage change requests and ensure proper impact assessment and approval processes.Track project metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.Ensure compliance with organizational governance, standards, and policies.Support Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies as applicable.Conduct project reviews, retrospectives, and lessons learned sessions.Oversee quality assurance activities and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and team effectiveness.Manage project documentation, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and project artifacts.Facilitate stakeholder expectation management and conflict resolution.Ensure successful project closure, transition to operations, and benefits realization.
