We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Manual & Automation Tester to ensure the quality and performance of Guidewire applications (ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter) through comprehensive manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Guidewire testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and API testing, ensuring seamless software functionality and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Manual Testing:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Guidewire applications.
  • Conduct functional, regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, and BillingCenter.
  • Validate Guidewire configurations, workflows, business rules, and UI components.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, ALM, or Rally.
  • Perform data validation and backend testing using SQL queries.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage.
  • Conduct exploratory testing to uncover potential defects.

Automation Testing:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for Guidewire applications using Selenium, Guidewire Testing Framework (GT Framework), or TestNG.
  • Implement API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI for Guidewire integrations.
  • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
  • Develop and execute performance and load testing using JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Analyze test results, identify root causes, and report findings to the development team.
  • Maintain and enhance automation frameworks to improve test efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Good experience in Guidewire testing (ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter).
  • Strong knowledge of Guidewire Data Model, Business Rules, and Workflows.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Guidewire GT Framework, or TestNG.
  • Proficiency in API testing (Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI).
  • Hands-on experience in SQL for database validation.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker) for test automation.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based testing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Guidewire Cloud implementations.
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Scripting knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
