NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Financial Services Organizational Change Management Lead to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio (US-OH), United States (US).



Primary responsibilities include:

* Developing, leading, executing comprehensive and customized organizational change management strategies and plans, across all dimensions of organizational change

These may include, among other activities:

    • Identifying and documenting organizational impacts of change initiatives and planning strategies that lead to successful adoption
    • Assessing organizational cultures, capabilities, and alignment to effectively tailor change management approaches
    • Leading stakeholder analysis efforts, conducting stakeholder interviews, analyzing needs and synthesizing findings
    • Effectively engaging senior leaders as sponsors of change
    • Identifying change risks and developing mitigation strategies
    • Analyzing training, communications, adoption, change network, and performance support needs, and developing and delivering appropriate solutions
    • Measuring and assessing the effectiveness and ROI of OCM activities
    • Managing stakeholder expectations and engagement
    • Project management and leadership of OCM activities

* In addition to direct client delivery activities, this individual will:

    • Participate in and support the People & Organizational Change practice in development and enhancement of the firm's organizational change management methodologies, tools, and other collateral
    • Coach and manage consultant-level resources and actively participate in the performance expectation process

 Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree in business, HR, management, or other related fields of study

* 7+ years of experience providing change management solutions in support of large-scale business or technology change projects

* 7+ project management experience, including schedule, scope, issue and risk management experience and developing work plans, pricing estimates, and presentations to assist in business development efforts

* 3+ years experience in the areas of communications, training, and support, leadership engagement or change network management
