We are currently seeking a Soporte técnico en redes vespertino to join our team in Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires (AR-B), Argentina (AR).

 En Ntt Data estamos en busca de una persona para laborar con nosotros en la posición de soporte técnico en redes. Si usted está interesado(a) debe estar disponible para rolar su lugar de trabajo entre Martinez (frente al Unicenter) y CABA (en microcentro). El turno de trabajo es vespertino de lunes a viernes de 14 a 23 horas.

El sueldo por esta posición es: 1,666,666.00 pesos mensuales (brutos o antes de impuestos. tendría prestaciones de ley y superiores.

Requisitos

1)    Conocimientos en Infraestructura de red, Instalación hardware de red, Soporte WiFi, switches, routers, protocolos (tcp/ip-dns-proxies), cableado UTP/FO, módems, Firewall

2)    Medición y Diagnóstico de cableados LAN con instrumental afín, revisión visual de equipamiento, etc.

3)    Interpretación de documentos técnicos, interconexión de redes (LAN - WAN) y direccionamiento IP, etc.

4)    Herramientas ITIL Service Now, Gestión de incidencias, seguimiento y resolución de tickets.

5)    Manejo de Nivel 1 de soporte en equipamiento Cisco (comandos básicos en consola, verificación de puertos, interfaces, consulta de Log, consumo de CPU,etc.). No es necesaria la certificación CCNA

6)    Ingles intermedio (escrito y hablado). Se pretende que pueda conversar a nivel técnico con sus pares en otros países.

7)    Preferentemente 3 años de experiencia en tareas similares.
