31407203 - Field Tech Senior Representative.

• These individuals typically have knowledge of their work area but only general

understanding of work outside their own area.

• They complete a variety of tasks which are standard and recurring.

• Performs basic configuration of desktop / notebook /printers.

• May assist with simple parts replacement and repair on desktops / notebooks/ printers.

• Travel may be required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating system environment.

• Basic client service skills.

• Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
