NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Organizational Change Management Lead to join our team in Columbia, South Carolina (US-SC), United States (US).

 

 

The Organizational Change Manager will play a key role in the successful implementation and adoption of a large health care system implementation. The OC Manager must apply change management strategies and methods to meet business, schedule and budget objectives. This person will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary focus will be creating and implementing change management plans that minimize user resistance and maximize user engagement. The Organizational Change Manager will work to drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organization such that business results are achieved. The Organizational Change Manager will be part of a larger team that supports a larger Cognosante team and state client. The Organizational Change Manager maintains a broad understanding of project activities and processes to apply a structured organizational change management approach and methodology for the impact to personnel.

Additional duties include:

Conduct stakeholder analysis and assessments
Develop and execute change management plans around communications, training and coaching, work closely with communications, HR and organization development teams to support the implementation of the plans
Understand client's organization and change management issues, explain the factors involved and shape organizational solutions to deliver value to the client
Identify potential personnel risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
Work with communication, training, and human resources specialists in the formulation of specific plans and activities to support project implementation
Help re-align the organization, its people, and their actions with critical businesses
Develop surveys, newsletters, and other communication materials as needed
Support status reporting requirements and timelines
Employee is expected to undertake any additional duties as they are assigned by their Manager

 

 

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)

 

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5+ years of experience
Minimum 3 years' experience related to the successful delivery of change management work in the disciplines of change management methodology, job/role design, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, communication planning, training/performance support and organizational readiness
Minimum 3 years' State Government experience
Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification

 

Travel:  50% (if not located in specified location) Local candidate preferred


Nice to Have; (But not a must)

State healthcare, specifically Medicaid leadership experience
Must be a team player and a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and manage work to a defined schedule
Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving and customer service skills
Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings and making presentations
