We are currently seeking a IT Director to join our team in Columbus, Ohio (US-OH), United States (US).

Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) 

• Oversee end-to-end service and solution delivery for clients
• Align operational delivery with organizational goals and customer commitments
• Lead teams, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and technical lead for Desktop Engineering, specializing in SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, MECM, and Imaging solutions.
• Deliver L3 support, lead incident and problem management, and drive the design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of endpoint management platforms.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with client contacts and account leadership, and ensuring compliance with ITIL and Change Management standards.

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in Desktop Engineering, endpoint management, or related IT roles.

Additional Skills

• Strong client focus, attention to detail, and a proactive, analytical approach.

• Effective team leader, mentor, and communicator.
• Expert hands-on knowledge of SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, and MECM in enterprise settings.
• Strong understanding of configuration management, deployment, imaging (Windows 10/11), and policy enforcement.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving for infrastructure and client/server issues.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, VBS, batch scripting, and SQL/MySQL reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ITIL-based operations and change management.
• Ability to provide 24/7 support and lead technical bridges as needed.
