We are currently seeking a Application Technical Support - SSIS, T-SQL, SQL to join our team in Cyberjaya, Selangor (MY-10), Malaysia (MY).

Requirements

• Application Technical Support on SSIS, MSSQL Database.
• Platform Knowledge on Windows, SSIS and SQL deployments
• Hands-on experience on Windows, PowerShell scripting, MS-DOS and MSSQL Server DB working experience and support.
• Knowledge in Banking IT environment will be a plus.
• 24 x 7 on call support.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same capacity.
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and team player.
• Willing to work at Cyberjaya.
• Able to work with cross border colleagues.
• Familiar with tools/practises such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum Methodology

Roles/Responsibilities

• To provide system support and manage enhancement for DataStore applications.
• Providing Live Application deployment support (odd hours)
• Perform Level 2 and 3 of production support.
• To perform problem investigation – problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition and implementation.
• To work closely with users to understand their needs & issues.
• To manage system risks and conjure improvements to mitigate and manage risks.
• Provide installation support for DataStore applications.
