We are currently seeking a Corporate Development/M&A Senior Analyst - Remote to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Corporate Development Specialist/Senior Analyst  

NTT DATAs Corporate Development team partners with key executives and business unit heads to identify and execute targeted acquisitions/investments in support of our broader corporate strategy.  The corporate development team is responsible for identifying, structuring, and executing acquisitions and we are seeking a Corporate Development Specialist (Sr. Associate Level equivalant) as we continue to build the Corporate Development team.  This is an opportunity to contribute to a critical part of NTT DATAs growth strategy as part of a high impact and visable team.


Responsibilities include:

  • Act as the transaction and financial lead throughout the transaction process responsible for the valuation analysis of potential acquisition targets and preparing valuation analyses (three-statement financial modeling, accretion/dilution impact, LBO Comparision and DCF analysis) of potential targets.
  • Lead the due diligence process and coordinates multi-disciplinary teams throughout the transaction process
  • Works closely with Directors and VPs in the Corporate Development Team to successfull execute on overall M&A strategy
  • Supporting the identification of potential targets via market research on specific companies and industries in support of potential acquisition activity.
  • Preparing Investment Committee and Board of Director materials for presentation of investment opportunities
  • Developing initial integration plans, ensuring that due diligence findings/readouts are appropriately incorporated.
  • Support post-closing periodical reporting requirement and monitor acquisition performance and realization of growth targets.


Requirements include:

In order to support NTT DATA Services’ long-term growth plans, the successful candidate should be able to demonstrate these required skills:

  • 3 Years+ experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity or a Finance/Valuation related roles with a focus on corporate transactions
  • Excellent analytical capabilities and Extensive Financial Modelling skills and an mastery of valuation methodologies
  • In depth experience forecasting balance sheet, cash flow statement and Profit and Loss statements
  • The ability to analyze market data to identify trends and acquisition opportunities in support of NTT DATA Services
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform complex analysis that have a global impact to our organization.
  • MBA and/or CPA or CFA or advanced finance degree.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools.

Preferred skills:


  • Strong financial acumen / valuation and background.
  • Accounting/Valuation experience from the large accounting firm.
  • Corporate Development/ M&A experience

 Basic Minimum Requirements:

  • MBA and/or CPA or CFA or advanced finance degree.
  • 3+ years prior on the job experience in an Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity, Accounting/Valuation, or related position
