We are currently seeking a Digital Solution/Services Line Lead Consultant to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Pega Delivery Lead / Manager


A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a Pega Delivery Lead to join our growing Pega digital practice. Our target clients will be Fortune 1000 companies across all verticals. The Delivery Lead will be responsible for the successful delivery of Pega specific engagements. 

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and deep understanding of BPM tools like (Pega), a comprehensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and strong implementation experience of leading medium to large projects with demonstrable results. The person shall be able to handle diverse issues, adherence to delivery excellence leading process and lead projects that contribute to the company’s growth and success.

Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) 

·       Defines and develops IT delivery / project / program management leading practices, processes, and policy to ensure alignment with Pega practice and Corporate strategy and goals.  
·       Partners with multi-departmental leadership and other stakeholders to locate opportunities and develop and prioritize projects according to relevant measurement criteria.  
·       Accountable for Delivery Excellence across the project
·       Shared responsibility to establish operational plans and performance requirements in alignment with functional strategy and approach to drive delivery and practice excellence 
·       Manages the day-to-day project activities and the delivery of the development, scope, estimation, management, forecasts, finances, quality and timeliness of an engagement and its deliverables in a manner aligned with project’s expectations and business needs.
·       Manages various project streams or initiatives to develop and implement solid, scalable, and flexible solutions in supportive of achieving client’s project objectives.
·       Effectively communicate and influence others through consultative skills and professional / technical / process expertise
·       Adapts communication techniques for varied internal and external audiences.
·       Anticipates and prevents potential problems through appropriate measures
·       Removes barrier to change; Determines approach to managing teams and daily operations; Provides guidance, constructive input and motivation to team members and managers.  
·       Conducts and guides stakeholder and risks analysis on key issues; Sees risks/issues to closure
·       Escalate matters of business risk through appropriate governance processes
·       Updates management on project / activity / status
·       Directs the activities of consultants, analysts, specialists, and sub-contractors.
·       Allocates work, monitors quality, effort & budget.
·       Leads and coaches team toward through leadership and delivery excellence
·       Delegates clearly and comfortably.
·       Serves as a trusted advisor and cultivates, develops, & manages strong, lasting customer relationships.
·       Manages vendor relationships in an engagement.
·       Partners with practice leadership to help sell Pega services by providing pre-sales support activities such as drafting proposals, providing effort estimations, and participating in client presentations.
·       Collaborates with internal teams and interacts with customers to find solutions for projects and operational issues for existing and proposed Pega based initiatives.
·       Leverages extensive BPM implementation experience to lead the delivery of the Pega specific engagements.
·       Advises on agile delivery methodology and its alignment with client’s methodology.
·       Engages in Pega practice growth activities (methodology development, project quality assurance, competency development, practice excellence etc) 
·       Stays current with Pega training missions, badges, and role-required certifications.

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)
·        9+ years of Strong Project / Program Management and execution
·        8+ years of experience with BPM / Workflow projects
·        5+ years of strong agile and scrum experience
·        3+ years of experience conceptualizing and architecting the target environment
·        2+ years of experience supporting professional services sales cycle including proposal development, RFP responses, and account expansion initiatives

Travel:  Willingness to travel at least 50%.  
Preferred location: US or Virtual 
Degree: Bachelor’s in computer science or related field

·       Knowledge of Pega Capabilities and industry solutions
·       Knowledge of Pega Express Methodology
·       PMP Certified
·       Certified Scrum Master (Preferred)
·       Certified in Pega System Architecture (CSA) 
·       Certified in Pega Business Architecture (CBA) (Preferred)
·       Certified in Pega Senior System Architect (Preferred)
