Once You Are Here, You Will:
- Advise healthcare clients on the needs and best practices of healthcare to the clients strategic objectives
- Be a trusted advisor in performance improvement, technology strategy, data and analytics, and innovation for healthcare providers.
- Create action plans with clients to aid the improvement of the quality and effectiveness of the client’s overall healthcare program by providing leadership, coordinating, and facilitating the evaluation and improvement of a wide range of programs. Excellence is reflected in improved client outcomes and organizational performance.
- Advise clients on strategic plans for anticipating opportunities, analyzing competitive posture, and developing/implementing successful programs based on that analysis.
- Develop resource utilization strategies to improve organizational performance and strategies to reflect the changing societal and healthcare environments within the economic climate
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors and/or Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, or healthcare-related field
- 7+ years of experience consulting in-house and externally with healthcare provider clients
- 3+ years of experience leading and/or managing projects in the healthcare industry to achieve process improvement, enhance patient care, and/or improve practice profitability.
- 3+ years of experience analyzing contact center performance data to drive decision-making and develop strategies that enhance customer and employee engagement as well as operational efficiency (aligning people, process, metrics, finance, and enabling technologies).
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, with a focus on process improvement, patient care optimization, and practice profitability within healthcare provider organizations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with evaluating new customer needs and documenting the business case and technical requirements
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Experience managing internal teams
