NTT DATA Services currently seeks a ITIL Service Management Advisor to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

 

 

This ITIL Service Management Subject Matter Expert will oversee, facilitate, and administer ITIL based service support and/or technical account management in the coordination of incident ownership and client account management.  This person will be the subject matter expert (SME) needed to provide the management and oversight of the service delivery processes, which may include incident management, problem management, request management, change management, service level management and/or configuration management. As well as manage resource coordination, client management, dispute and technical resolution management, and communications at various levels during services engagements from tactical (incident based) to strategic.

 

Role Responsibilities:

·         Lead complex service delivery processes and associated projects

·         Manages service delivery processes in a complex service delivery environment

·         Identifies and leads continuous improvement activities in support of client or internal business processes

·         Provide ITIL infrastructure subject matter expertise to develop, improve, integrate, measure, and report on operational processes and comply with ITIL framework

·         Apply best business practices to assess, develop, maintain, and update ITIL infrastructure documentation

·         Travel:  This position requires someone who can travel at least 25%

 

Basic Required Qualifications:

·         8+ years relevant experience with ITIL processes and principals

·         ITIL Certification (Practitioner Level and above)

 

Highly Preferred Skills:

·         Excellent understanding of ITIL processes and principals

·         Excellent written and verbal skills

·         Excellent ability to create and document process

·         Degree: Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent work experience. Graduate degree preferred
