We are currently seeking a SAP Data Migration Lead - 25% Travel Required to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to oversee the migration of data from multiple legacy systems to SAP ECC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data migration strategies, data mapping, and SAP tools (including LSMW). This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams and leading a large team of data business analysts to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data migration process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Migration Strategy: Develop and implement data migration strategies, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Data Mapping: Design and execute data mapping processes to ensure accurate data transfer.
  Project Management: Lead and manage data migration projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of data business analysts, providing guidance and support.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with migration goals.
•  Data Quality: Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and specifications.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data migration processes and procedures.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of data migration processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Post-Migration Support: Provide post-migration support and troubleshooting as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in data migrations

10+ years technical Skills: proficiency in SAP ECC, LSMW, data mapping, ETL tools, and data migration methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with multiple legacy systems and complex data migration projects.
Cross-functional skills and experience in collaborating with diverse teams

25% Travel is required to Philadelphia, San Diego, and San Jose
