We are currently seeking a SAP Inside Sales/Business Development Executive to join our team remotely, with preference to Chicago, Dallas or Atlanta.
SAP Inside Sales Executive – Large Enterprise Accounts:
The SAP Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for Large Enterprise accounts where we have both established relationships and ongoing business, and to help build business in new accounts. The Inside Sales Executive, using information from our internal CRM system (Salesforce) and analysis tools will determine what accounts are prepared for growth, transformation, and/or AMS with our SAP solutions. The Inside Sales Executive will also work closely with SAP and Industry Sellers to develop relationships in new accounts, develop a better understanding of the clients’ needs, align our services and solutions, and help differentiate NTT. The ideal candidate will also work directly with SAP to help establish NTT DATA as a trusted partner for the regional business units within SAP. This person needs to be able to establish relationships quickly, understand client needs, make decisions, and be flexible. This person will develop, maintain, and expand client relationships working across all our industry verticals including Manufacturing, Life Sciences and Commercial.
Duties might include:
- Analyse installed base clients and work with sellers to determine next best opportunities to pursue.
- Generate leads via executing email & call campaigns by collaborating with SAP and nurture them into opportunity. Corporate marketing and Partner campaigns will be incorporated into local demand generation plans.
- Upselling and cross-selling into existing accounts, interacting with clients, selling NTT SAP offerings to existing accounts.
- Prepare account plans, work closely with our solution team and speciality sellers to run the campaigns for solutions, and assist with executing webinars.
- Responsible for generating pipeline and working closely with pre-sales teams and SAP speciality sellers and BU sellers.
- Review existing pipeline for potential SAP add on services with other ongoing client opportunities.
Position's General Duties and Tasks:
- 5+ years’ experience in selling SAP Services with Large Enterprise companies and expanding existing accounts and inside sales.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Develop relationships with NTT DATA Business Unit & SAP Specialty sellers, along with SAP account executives, and leverage those relationships to expand NTT DATA’s SAP Large Enterprise business.
- Drive business development and sales results in assigned region and accounts.
- Build and deliver creative value-added solutions (leveraging internal and external/partner talent where applicable).
- Ability to cross-sell SAP services across SAP applications.
- Account planning efforts and develop strategic account plans.
- Use CRM (Salesforce) and knowledge management tools.
- Prefer experience working with offshore/onshore delivery and operations.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience as SAP Inside Sales executive with Technology solutions
5 years IT services sales background with SAP Enterprise Apps
Location: Remote work, preferably from Dallas, Chicago, or Atlanta
