The role

 

NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic OCM Consulting Lead to delight our clients and help build a successful Workforce Readiness Consulting Practice. As an OCM Lead, your typical day will include both client and internal practice contributions:

Client contributions:

  • Be an expert, senior advisor to global clients embarking on a change initiative.
  • Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive and customized Workforce Readiness and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for clients.
  • Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of Workforce Readiness activities. 
  • Design, mobilize, and manage a network of change advocates.
  • Apply best practice OCM methodologies to develop a customized client change management approach.
  • Identify new and innovative ways to accelerate clients through their change journey.

Internal practice contributions:

  • Coach, manage, and mentor consulting resources at various levels to high-performance / high results. 
  • Contribute to business development in the form of solution design, client proposals, budget forecasting and management, engagement planning and resourcing.
  • Build internal network and partnerships for business expansion opportunities and career growth.
  • Engage in hiring process including evaluating potential candidates and interviewing.
  • Research and build out new services for clients to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Assist with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates.

Qualifications

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.
  • You have 5 years recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience where you contributed to growing a practice, partnered with sales and account teams, and developed advisory level client relationships. You developed custom solutions, pricing estimates and presentations, that drove business development efforts.
  • You have 5 years of experience leading successful medium to complex organizational change management; organization development / design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery; SAP and/or Salesforce implementations.
  • You have been responsible for managing $2M+ in revenue
  • You have 2 years or more experience building, leading, coaching, and managing a matrixed and cross-functional team of up to 20 members.
  • You have Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification.
  • You have the ability to travel up to 50% of the time as COVID 19 restrictions are lifted.
