We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

 Database Administrator (PostgreSQL Primary / MS SQL Secondary) Experience: 4–6 Years Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Database Administrator with strong expertise in PostgreSQL and working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering, monitoring, optimizing, and supporting PostgreSQL databases while providing secondary support for SQL Server environments. This role requires experience managing enterprise databases across on-premises and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP), ensuring high availability, performance, security, and operational stability. Key Responsibilities • Administer, monitor, and maintain PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server databases in production and non-production environments. • Perform PostgreSQL installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, migrations, and version management. • Manage PostgreSQL deployments across both IaaS (Virtual Machines) and PaaS (Managed Database Services) on AWS, Azure, and GCP. • Monitor database health and troubleshoot performance issues, locking, deadlocks, long-running queries, replication issues, and storage utilization. • Perform query tuning, execution plan analysis, indexing optimization, VACUUM tuning, and routine database maintenance. • Configure and administer PostgreSQL replication, streaming replication, connection pooling (PgBouncer), and backup/recovery solutions. • Design, execute, and validate backup and recovery strategies using tools such as pg_dump, pgBackRest, and WAL archiving. • Support High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions for PostgreSQL environments. • Perform capacity planning, storage management, and proactive database health assessments. • Provide secondary administration and troubleshooting support for Microsoft SQL Server environments. • Develop and optimize SQL and PL/pgSQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, and database objects. • Automate routine databas
