We are currently seeking a Telecom Project Management Consultant to join our team in the United States (US).

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the implementation of Avaya telecom systems in our client's hospitals. This multi-year, complex project requires a candidate with strong project management skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work closely with both internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project activities and facilitate team meetings
• Document status reports and escalate issues and risks
• Communicate effectively with technical experts to understand project progress
• Collaborate with vendors and their project managers to ensure scope delivery
• Manage project financials, including capital budgets and projections
• Utilize ServiceNow and Smartsheets for project tracking and management
• Ensure stakeholder management and maintain strong vendor relations
• Implement telecom systems, focusing on stakeholder management and communication

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 5+ years of project management experience, including project scheduling, cost and scope management
• 2+ years experience with vendor relations management
• 2+ years experience Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet)


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) preferred

• PMP certification

• Project management experience in telecom systems implementation

• Healthcare industry background

 

This is a virtual/REMOTE U.S. based role which will require 10-15% travel.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $80,000-$100,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.  This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
