We are currently seeking a Developer or Technical Lead (Niche or Regular), Cloud Consultants, QA Tester, QA Lead, Data Migratio to join our team in Delhi, Delhi (IN-DL), India (IN).

As a Salesforce Senior Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, technical expertise, and leadership in Salesforce implementations. You will lead a team of Salesforce professionals with hands on exp on commerce cloud and experience cloud and collaborate closely with clients to deliver customized solutions that meet their business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce technologies, with expertise in Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Key Responsibilities:
 - Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
 - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
 - Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
 - Design and architect complex solutions on the Salesforce platform, utilizing best practices and industry standards.
 - Customize and configure Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Experience Cloud to meet client needs, including designing and implementing custom LWC components.
 - Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with Salesforce development standards and best practices.
 - Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Salesforce practice, staying updated on the latest Salesforce releases and trends.
Qualifications:
 - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
 - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce consultant, with a focus on Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, and LWC.
 - Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Commerce Cloud Digital Developer, or Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
 - Proven experience leading Salesforce implementation projects, including hands-on configuration, customization, and integration.
 - Strong technical skills in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
 - Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of leading and mentoring teams to deliver successful Salesforce projects.
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
