We are currently seeking a ServiceNow - Technical Architect to join our team in Delhi, Haryāna (IN-HR), India (IN).

NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow - Technical Architect who combines deep technical expertise with strategic advisory capabilities. This role involves hands-on configuration and development across all major ServiceNow modules, while also contributing to pre-sales efforts including proposal development and crafting Statements of Work (SOWs). The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize their ServiceNow investments through strategic roadmaps, platform governance, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Advise and support the GMF team throughout the migration to the newer HAM Pro version.

·       Assist with the setup, configuration, and implementation of the new HAM environment.

·       Provide technical guidance and recommend best practices for deployment and operations.

·       Provide KT to upskill the existing team.

·       Enable the current team to effectively manage, maintain, and support the new HAM Pro environment after the migration.

Client Engagement & Delivery Support

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) Consultant to lead the end-to-end design of HAM Pro. This position will utilize GMF’s existing platform and process teams to guide configuration and implementation of HAM Pro within the GMF Environment. This role requires a hands-on expert who can bridge current-state operational processes with ServiceNow HAM Pro capabilities, enabling a fully functional, lifecycle-driven hardware asset management solution. The consultant will work closely with internal teams who understand existing processes and translate that into a configured, optimized solution aligned to ServiceNow best practices. Key Responsibilities

 1. Current-State Assessment • Engage with stakeholders across ITSM, asset management, procurement, and operations to understand existing hardware asset lifecycle processes • Document current workflows covering request, procurement, receiving, inventory/stockroom, assignment, refresh, return, and retirement • Identify gaps in data quality, process efficiency, controls, and reporting 

2. HAM Pro Capability Alignment • Provide expertise on ServiceNow HAM Pro capabilities and how they map to current processes • Educate stakeholders on out-of-box functionality vs configuration vs customization • Recommend standardized approaches aligned with ServiceNow best practices • Define opportunities to eliminate manual work, improve controls, and increase automation 

3. Future-State Design • Design end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle workflows within ServiceNow • Define: o Lifecycle states and transitions o Stockroom and inventory model o Asset assignment and transfer processes o Return, refresh, and disposal workflows • Establish data model and governance, including: o Hardware models and categories o Asset–CI relationships aligned with CMDB o Ownership and accountability structure • Define reporting and KPIs (inventory accuracy, lifecycle status, asset utilization, aging, etc.) 

4. HAM Pro Configuration & Implementation • Lead hands-on configuration of HAM Pro from the ground up, including: o HAM Pro activation and foundational setup o Guided setup execution o Lifecycle workflows and process automation o Stockroom and inventory management o Asset tracking and movement controls • Configure hardware normalization and content services • Ensure proper setup of: o Model normalization o Manufacturer/product data standardization o Lifecycle attribute enrichment • Configure integrations or define requirements for upstream/downstream systems (e.g., procurement, discovery tools, HR systems) 

5. Process Mapping & Gap Resolution • Map current processes to the proposed ServiceNow design • Identify mismatches between existing practices and HAM Pro capabilities • Recommend and drive process improvements or standardization • Ensure solution is operationally practical and sustainable 

6. Testing & Validation • Develop and execute end-to-end lifecycle test scenarios • Validate: o Asset creation, receiving, assignment, movement, and retirement o Stockroom and inventory transactions o Data quality and normalization outcomes • Support UAT and resolve defects or gaps • Ensure a fully functional, production-ready solution 

7. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer • Deliver: o Solution design documentation o Configuration documentation o Process flows and SOPs • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for platform and operations teams • Enable internal teams to independently operate and enhance HAM Pro post go-live Required Qualifications • 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience • Proven experience implementing ServiceNow HAM Pro in an enterprise environment • Strong understanding of: o Hardware asset lifecycle management o CMDB and asset relationships o ServiceNow data model (assets, models, CIs) • Hands-on experience with: o HAM Pro configuration and lifecycle workflows o Hardware normalization and content services o Stockroom and inventory management • Experience integrating HAM with: o Procurement systems o Discovery/CMDB data sources • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
