We are seeking a Sales Executive to focus on the Automotive Industry. This individual will sell our solutions and partner with other NTT Data leaders and internal solutions and support organizations to execute the Automotive Industry go-to market plan

***REMOTE within MICHIGAN or Northern IL/IN/OH***

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategy for sales to existing and New Logos within the Automotive Industry
  • Develop and execute a relationship plan for prospective customers utilizing NTT Data resources such as Marketing, Consulting, and the CRO office
  • Generate, contribute, track, and manage new sales and account plan information.
  • Promote solutions-selling with focus on value-add techniques to identify business needs, develop customized solutions, and establish business partner at the customers C-Suite Level
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales 
  • Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
  • Qualify opportunities and prospects against NTT Data criteria for ideal customers and sales
  • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge to have meaningful conversations with prospects
  • Make presentations to internal and customer senior leaders and decision makers
  • Work with technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements
  • Report on sales activity (include desired frequency – daily is ideal for accuracy)
  • Cultivate strong relationships with third party and partner companies that may be required to deliver full solutions to customers
  • Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four years’ professional experience
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Technical and/or Professional services sales
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Automotive industry
