Overview

We are looking for a hands-on IT Delivery Lead to drive delivery across Cards technology, with an immediate focus on Visa programs including Click to Pay and Youth Cards. This role requires a technically strong delivery lead who can take a High-Level Design (HLD) and confidently drive end-to-end delivery across multiple domains and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across Cards Microservices and Cards Mainframe

• Drive multiple projects/programs concurrently in a complex banking environment

• Own delivery from HLD through execution and release

• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery issues

• Coordinate across technology, business, vendors, and scheme partners

• Manage delivery using JIRA and Confluence

• Provide clear delivery status and escalation to senior stakeholders

Required Experience

• Proven IT Delivery Lead / Program Delivery experience in banking or financial services

• Strong technical understanding; able to engage with architects and engineers

• Experience delivering across multiple technology domains

• Comfortable working from HLDs

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Highly proactive, assertive, and delivery-focused
