NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Desktop Support Analyst - Part Time to join our team in Dublin, Dublin (IE-D), Ireland (IE).



Our ideal candidate will be covering Level 1 support for Ireland, (Dublin, Shannon, Limerick)

Circa 250 staff, and will have experience re-imaging laptops, issuing Microsoft Office 365

software updates, and configuring softphones, etc. This is a part time role, circa 20 hours per week.


Additional Responsibilities Include:

1.   Troubleshoot and resolve the issues related to the end user devices (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.) of both local as well as remote staff

1.   Troubleshooting hardware, software, OS, etc.

2.   Updating of Ant-virus & OS patch management by coordinating with the server team

3.   Allocation & deallocation of assets to the employees, as required

1.   If user is remote, asset shipment.

4.   Asset Management:

1.   Keeping track of each & every asset. To start with in an Excel sheet, which will be moved to a tool, when finalized.

5.   Basic knowledge of server & network. This is required when the L2/3 teams of server & network, which will be remote, need any local support

6.   Work closely with internal Service Delivery managers to ensure all new hire have access to their employee portal, communication devices, etc.
