We are currently seeking a Lean Architect to join our team in Dublin, Dublin (IE-D), Ireland (IE).

Core responsibilities of the role:

• The Lean Architect will be accountable for evaluating and coaching the programme on the identified solution(s) of the end state roadmap (timelines, the business end-state vision, projected benefits and costs, etc.). If there are programme issues, these will be escalated to the Programme Sponsor.
• Acts as sounding board for Programme and Business on solution, change outlook and ability to change.
• Provide expertise and advice on opportunity identification and prioritisation
• Provides advice, direction and coaching to Design and Delivery teams in the delivery of overall engagement and use of principles and tools.
• Key stakeholder management/engagement and communication up to and including senior levels of management, to ensure that key communications including status updates, issues, challenges, risks are consistently delivered.
• To work closely with the overall Solution Lead, and Solution team, throughout the Diagnostic Phase; and to provide advice and guidance to the Delivery Squads during the Delivery Phase.

Key criteria for a suitable candidate:

• Lean Black belt or higher
• Financial services experience (preferably banking)
• Good to have operational efficiency experience (process optimisation, digital operations, offshoring, centralisation)
• Good to have Consulting background of Big 4 / Accenture
