Responsibilities:

• Review Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Architecture documents and Testing Prospectives.
• Responsible for Test Planning, Test Strategy, Design of Test Suites, Defect management, Risk Mitigation plans.
• Proper Work Breakdown structure, QA effort estimation and Resource planning.
• As a Test Lead you will be responsible for focusing on Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering process. Excellent knowledge in STLC which includes Design, Development and Execution of entire QA process and Documentation of Test Plans, Test Procedures and Test scripts, managing different test cycles e.g., Integration, Regression, System, Blackbox, Whitebox.

Experience:

• 7+ years of Payment QA experience.
• Should have strong knowledge in banking payments and fund transfer processes.
• Mandatory experience in Payment message types such as MT/MX, ISO 20022, and proprietary messages.
• Must have knowledge on Real Time Payments, Cross border payments, SEPA
• Good to have knowledge in any Payment tools e.g., GPP, MTS, FIS OPF etc.
• Deep knowledge of Testing/Domain specific QA best practices and industry trends.
• Agile experience- EPIC/User story writing via tools such as Jira, Confluence.
• Excellent business communication skills.
