NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Help Desk Technician to join our team in Falls Church, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years' experience on an IT Help Desk
  • Experience working with a Help Desk ticketing system, preferably ServiceNow
