NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Program Manager to join our team in Fort Bragg, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

 

 

Provide Program Managment services for a large, complex IT services environment.  Must have experience managing IT services to include; 

 

  • Monitoring, and maintaining a  Cyber Security program to include implementing Information Assurance (IA) controls using the Risk Management Framework (RMF), as well as performing IA reporting, remediation, vulnerability management and incident response (spillages, malware, etc.)
  • Operating and maintaining an IT Data Center and the accompanying system administration and network engineering supporting a physical and virtual server environment, system backup and recovery, storage, database and application management for unique customer applications 
  • Providing 24/7 Service Desk support to 1200+ users on classified and unclassified systems per ITIL framework to include remediation of machines with vulnerabilities and wireless/mobility device management.
  • Planning, designing, developing, testing, training and deploying emergent upgrades and enhancements of Government off the Shelf (GOTS) and Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) systems as well as maintaining a development network environment.
  • Change, Release, Deployment, Service Asset and Configuration Management per the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework to include developing enterprise architectures, IT roadmaps and maintaining a total cost of ownership (TCO) portfolio. 
  • Defining business processes and IT solutions supporting Knowledge Management and Content Management utilizing Microsoft SharePoint and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
  • Designing, installing, operating and maintaining an Audio Visual/Video Teleconference Center/Visual Information operations and support.

     

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Must have 10-12 years of relevant experience
  • Must have Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Must be certified in PMP and ITIL
  • Must have an active Top Secret Clearance
