We are currently seeking a Compliance Detection Lead to join our team in Fort Knox (REMOTE), Kentucky (US-KY), United States (US).

In the role of Compliance Detection Lead you will gather data on information systems and device configurations, which is used for system identification, maintenance, cyber threat assessment and investigation, vulnerability detection, or system exploits. You will use your experience working with and understanding of DISA information assurance vulnerability alert (IAVA) announcement of a computer, application, software, or operating system vulnerability to lead and participate in analysis of actual and predictable interacting operational activities of business to obtain a quantitative, rational basis for decision making through the application of logic and scientific or economic disciplines and techniques. You will use your ability to devise modeling and measuring techniques; utilizes mathematics, statistical methods, engineering methods, operational mathematics techniques (linear programming, game theory, probability theory, symbolic language, etc.), and other principles and laws of scientific and economic disciplines. Your ability to demonstrate a complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts within the Cyber Research field and provide consultation to technical solutions over a wide range of complex difficult problems in which proposed solutions are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organization objectives will be put to the test. As part of your duties you will support execution of contract transition to ensure minimum service disruption to vital business and no service degradation during and after transition; ensure continuity of services while helping onboard personnel and jointly inventory intellectual and real property. You will coordinate and manage Risk Management Documents (RMDs) to include Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), Risk Acceptance (RAC), Memorandum for Records (MFRs), Operational Impact Statements (OIS), and Waivers for all assigned boundaries and application ATOs for approving signature and delivers to the assigned Government representative. You will also review and validate compliance or non-compliance IAW CCI, STIGs and SRGs for each finding or vulnerability IAW RMF. Part of your duties will be to conduct security control, Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG), and all other Army directed compliance validation inspections in accordance with RMF procedures. You will provide Cybersecurity surge support in the event of real world or additional requirements in support of RMF compliance checks and documentation review across authorization boundaries, including, but not limited to:

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience to include cyber security, gathering data on information systems and device configurations. 
  • MA/MS degree
    • Education Equivalency: BA/BS degree with 12 years of experience. 
  • Ability to obtain a secret clearance prior to start.
  • Security+ Certification
  • IAT III Certification
  • CE Certification
  • Technical Level III Certification

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience with DoD cybersecurity processes and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in achieving excellent quality assurance goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills presenting material to senior executive personnel
  • Ability to organize, direct, and manage operation support functions involving multiple complex and inter - related projects and / or tasks.

 

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is [Min: $77,040 - Max: $160,500]. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
