We are currently seeking a Business Analyst - Senior to join our team in Fort Knox, Kentucky (US-KY), United States (US).
Job Summary: The Business Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures, ensuring quality control through quality assessments, as well as assessing organizational business solutions and operations, while establishing a culture of continuous improvement. The Business Analyst’s duties include developing and analyzing reports, research, establishing processes and reviewing operating procedures, strategizing ideas to improve business operations and meeting with leadership and other stakeholders to provide suggestions based on their analysis. The BA will coordinate with leadership, department heads and IT support personnel to streamline processes and increase productivity among employees.
Job Duties:
- Develop standard operating procedures and quality assessment and control processes.
- Gather and analyze data for potential business and operational process development.
- Identify specific opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
- Influence stakeholders to support operational projects.
- Assist with project management for selected projects.
- Coordinate with cross-departmental and division teams to produce better project outcomes.
- Test business and operational processes and recommend improvements.
- Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories that are easier to complete.
- Develop reports of actionable information for organizational decision-makers.
- Write clear and well-structured project and process requirements/documents.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand operational performance.
- Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements.
- Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools.
- Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling.
- Collaborate with leadership and project managers on roadmap planning and prioritization.
- Perform all other tasks as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree
- Minimum 10 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Active Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Five (5) years management and supervision in a military environment.
- Understanding of the Recruiting or Cadet Command Systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Superior presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong management and organizational skills
- Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of all the computer-based tools for project management.
- Knowledge of how to Analyze new and complex business-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project.
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $78,948 - $164,476. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
