We are currently seeking a Quality Control Manager to join our team in Fort Knox, Kentucky (US-KY), United States (US).

Job Summary: 
The Quality Control Manager ensures the organization’s products and services meet established standards by developing and implementing quality control systems, procedures, and tests. The QC Manager will inspect products, analyze data to identify improvements, manage a team of QC staff, if necessary, ensure compliance with regulations, and investigate user complaints. The QC Manager will be integral in establishing, operating, and utilizing a Quality Management System (QMS) solution to support the organization. This includes creating custom reports, test and inspection materials that meet QA/QC requirements and workflows, and ongoing quality of products and services.

 

Responsibilities:
-    Design and implement quality management systems (QMS), policies, and procedures. 
-    Oversee the testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. 
-    Collect, analyze, and summarize quality data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 
-    Ensure that products and processes comply with all applicable industry and regulatory standards and guidelines. 
-    Ensure QA and QC requirements are captured and documented across Directorate, stakeholder, and end-user boundaries.
-    Train, coach, and mentor Technicians in QA/QC measures. Develop testing and inspection material, when required. Interact with internal and external customers. 
-    Provide data and reporting of KPI’s and trends to program management and COR on a daily, weekly, monthly or as-needed basis. Provide ticket trending analysis and develop strategies for improvement. 
-    Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements to set expectations and measure performance. Develop an effective and workable framework for managing and improving customer support in the        organization. Advise management on situations that may require additional support or escalation. 
-    Manage process for communicating outage/emergency activities. Review customer satisfaction feedback to improve services, tools, and support experience.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or Agile or ITIL certification preferred.
  • Domain knowledge of the Recruiting/Accessioning systems and data.
  • Domain knowledge of the Recruiting and Accession processes.
  • Prior experience in Army Recruiting is beneficial. 

 

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $79,684 - $184,454. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
